WARRANTY

We guarantee that all items sold will be free from all manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

If you believe your ring item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we may evaluate your ring.

If the customer is asked to return the items, The Ring Creator will inspect it and then contact the customer before proceeding with any changes to the ring.

If a manufacturing defect is found, The Ring Creator will repair or replace the item without charge. The Ring Creator Limited Warranty excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, fading of gold polish, loss of gemstones, theft or loss of product/item, repairs made by anyone other than The Ring Creator and failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the product. Use of hand sanitizer may have an effect on gold polish rings and will not be covered under this warranty. We do not exchange rings if you give us the wrong size.
